After you hit the “Place Order” button and depending on your payment method the Order Confirmation Page will confirm that we have received your order plus you will also receive a confirmation email with all the order details! Sweet!
Now all you need to do is just kick back and relax as we are going to take it from there and make sure that your new shoes will be with you for you to enjoy! Result!
Short answer is no! You can easily checkout as a guest, without needing to register for an account on our website.
If you do register though you will have an awesome “My Account” page where you can find more info about your Orders and your Order History, manage your details easily and have access to all the additional cool features via your own Dashboard!
Easy-peasy! You can create an account and register with our website by visiting the following link https://forshoesake.com/my-account and clicking on the Register tab. By submitting your email address, a password will be sent to your email address and you will straight away gain access to your Dashboard. You can then continue browsing our site as normal and checkout as normal!
Alternatively, you can create an account during the checkout process at the Checkout Page; just check the checkbox “Create an account” and boom!; your username and your password will automatically be assigned and emailed to you! And of course, your order will be included in your “My Account” Dashboard when you place it!
If you have placed your previous order as a guest you can surely checkout as a guest again or you can create an account and register with our site. See question “How do I create an account with you?”
If you have placed your previous order as a registered customer then you can simply login during the checkout process at the top of the Checkout Page by clicking/tapping “Click here to login” and entering your username or email address and your password.
An easy answer here! By default, the “My Account” Dashboard includes all the orders you have placed while logged in. The other ones, the ones that you have placed as a guest will not be included in your “My Account” Dashboard. Fear not though! If you want to have your complete Order History in your “My Account” Dashboard, then just send us an email at email@example.com and we will make sure that all of your guest orders will be included nicely in your “My Account” Dashboard.
In order to track your order status please enter your Order ID and your billing email address in the Order Tracking Page and press the “Track” button.
Your Order ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received after you placed your order.

Payment issues occur for a number of reasons. Firstly, please check you’re using a card we accept (including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express). Have you entered the card details correctly? Is your billing address correct? If you’ve checked everything above and the payment still doesn’t seem to go through, we recommend you give your bank or card issuer a call to check there are enough funds in your account to make the payment.

To exchange an item, please return the parcel back and indicate your preferred size or colour. This must be a like-for-like item (ie. the same price). While you will be required to cover the cost of returning the item, we will not charge for the delivery of the exchanged item for you.

Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted, or a service charge will be applied.
Pack the item/s and documents in the original box or similar to ensure the items reach us safely.
Ensure that the returns address or sticker is affixed to the front of the package. Please, obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
